Brooklyn Ribbon Fries is the idea of a simple and delicious food vendor devised by Kiyo Shinoki. Kiyo, a chef residing in Brooklyn, thought of a specialty brand serving ribbon fries and home made ginger ale.
Brooklyn Ribbon Fries (B.R.F) first opened a vendor on October 2012 at a place called 246common in Omotesando, Tokyo. It was a big hit! Althougth, the place was temporary space, it closed. But, 6month later, on November 2014, B.R.F opened an American Diner & factory style flagship shop close to Komazawa park. And also opened a mobile kitchen in a community space called ”commune246” at Omotesando on December. And we opened a potato kiosk at Harajuku on July 2016.
